I have been working online since 2008 (initially as a technical Virtual Assistant) and became a Certified Online Business Manager in 2011.  

That’s right – I have over a decade of experience!

 

In 2022, I completed the EOS Integrator Masterclass training through Rocket Fuel University, and I joined the Director of Operations Community in the Certification program in fall 2022.

While I am generally not in the task execution role, my strong technical background allows me to efficiently plan, manage and direct your team to handle their assigned tasks with clarity and confidence in the defined process.  No micro-managing required.

You are freed from the day-to-day operations of the business, including the management of your team. You can focus your time and energy on the parts of the business that need you and only you: 

  • Big Picture Planning and Mapping, including Marketing,
  • Targets, Goals; Content/Program Development;
  • Program/Coaching Delivery;
  • Relationship Management and Procurement;
  • Speaking and Connecting with your ideal prospects.

I choose to work with a very small number of clients at any given time (3 maximum) so that I have the focus and concentration needed for each client. I immerse myself in your business, working directly with you and your team (or helping you get one into place) for the success of your business.

I support your business in the following areas:

Day to Day Operations

As your Online Business Manager, I take responsibility for day-to-day operations.  I own the planning, maintenance and deployment of the business operations to ensure they align with the overall business vision and goals.

Some areas of responsibility:

  • Marketing systems – CRM, shopping carts, sales pages
  • Client Support – Customer Service, Delight, Nurturing
  • Delivery Systems  – CRM, Membership sites, Coaching Program Onboarding/Offboarding, Facebook groups, Slack, AV platforms
  • Backup Systems
  • Project Management Systems – TeamWork, ClickUp
  • Metrics – Setting the stage for data-driven decisions (setup/review, ongoing preparation & analysis)
  • Affiliate & JV Management
  • Website Management – ongoing maintenance and/or new site creation

I understand and have in-depth working experience with a broad selection of Shopping Carts, Project Management, Social Media and Email Management Systems.

90-day Planning for your Editorial & Marketing Activities

I understand and geek out on setting up and optimizing every piece of the marketing lifecycle – from initial lead capture through delivery and beyond (testimonials, nurturing, referrals and ultimately, focusing on lifetime customer value).

Of note, I have been working with Infusionsoft by Keap ® for over 10 years and became a Certified Consultant in 2016. I have completed beginner and advanced level training in Infusionsoft by Keap ® and I’ve completed Infusionsoft set-up and transition projects and love using the Campaign Builder to manage the marketing funnel and sales process.

I ensure the right person is doing the right task at the right time… on budget.

To my best work managing a team and projects, I use Teamwork or Clickup as a project management tool.

Bottom line: I get shit DONE.

Not every person, nor every business, is always a match.  I’m choosing to invest in your business rather than build my own empire, so I am super selective about my clients in order to do my best work. 

While there are a number of factors that affect fit, personality and ease of communication between myself and you, as the business owner, are major factors. To explore working together, I offer a free Discovery Session where we discuss your business needs and goals in an initial “get to know you” session.  

Then, if we decide to start working together, we begin on a “Trial Basis” based on an hourly rate for the first 90 days. This means neither of us is locked in to a contract until we’ve gotten a chance to get to know one another and are sure we want to commit to a longer working relationship.

After that point, we work together to develop a compensation plan – often a monthly retainer, with packages starting at $3500 + incentive compensation (based on revenue).  This allows us to work free from the confines of the time for money model, which can actually restrict growth and motivation!
